Before you choose your address
Can I keep my existing inbox?
Yes. V21 forwards messages to your existing email address. It is a forwarding service, not a separate mailbox.
Can I reply using my V21 address?
Starter and Pro include replies through your V21 address. Personal receives forwarded messages only. Check your email signature and quoted content before replying if you want to keep personal details private.
Will it remove spam from my existing inbox?
No. V21 does not clean up existing messages or block mail sent directly to your real address. Disable a V21 address to stop future messages arriving through that alias.
What happens when I cancel?
You can manage cancellation in your billing settings. Forwarding requires an eligible subscription. Before your service ends, update important accounts to an address you will retain.
Can a deleted address be used by someone else?
Released addresses may become available again. Disable an alias rather than delete it if you want to retain it while your service is active. Update any linked accounts before releasing an address.
Do premium names cost extra?
Yes. A premium name has a one-time £10 charge in addition to your subscription. The availability checker identifies premium names before signup.
